Named after the 1,000,000 adobe clay bricks that were used to build the original La Quinta Hotel in 1926, Adobe Grill offers authentic regional Mexican cuisine passionately prepared in a colorful display, which makes every meal a fiesta. Here you will enjoy table side prepared guacamole with local organic avocados, authentic moles, fresh vegetable salsas, house made tortillas, over 50 select tequilas and featuring all natural organic signature margaritas.
