Johnny Costa has been a chef and restaurant owner for over 30 years in Palm Springs. He was one of the few chefs hired by Frank Sinatra in the 1970's and also cooked for the Rat Pack, Bob Hope, and Steve McQueen at Club Trinidad. He brings his many Napolitano family recipes to Johnny Costa's Ristorante where his family Vince, Nick, Tony, Michelle and John Costa Jr. assist him. In the tradition of Italy's trattorias visit Johnny Costa's Ristorante where you will experience casual Italian Cuisine with an elegant flair.
